This precision fitting is produced on Swiss-type CNC automatic lathe (Sliding Headstock CNC Lathe).
The bar stock is fed continuously through the guide bushing. The sliding headstock moves alongside the stationary cutting tools, enabling simultaneous turning, boring, internal thread cutting, groove machining, side milling and slotting in a single setup.
This one-chuck machining minimizes clamping errors and guarantees superior concentricity, tight tolerance control and excellent repeatability for small, complex rotary parts.
We can work with stainless steel, aluminum alloy, brass and other metals. Secondary operations such as deburring, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning and passivation are available upon request.
